Spearmint Tea: Benefits, Risks & How to Brew

Spearmint tea is beloved for its cool, sweet aroma, and easy drinking profile. In this guide, we’ll cover what the evidence actually says about benefits and risks, how much caffeine to expect, and simple ways to brew it hot or iced. Quick note: our blend, Spearmint Serenity, is spearmint + Nepali green tea, so it isn’t caffeine-free. If you’re avoiding caffeine entirely, you may prefer a 100% spearmint herbal tea. Otherwise, this blend offers the mint you love with the health benefits of green tea antioxidants.
