The ticket price includes a virtual tea tasting session facilitated by a tea expert, tea tasting kits and select Nepali teas that will be sent to your shipping address.

Yes, we will send you a zoom link for you to join on the date and time of the tea tasting session. You don’t have to download or set up any other software for this session.If you have any technical issues with the online session, you can email us at

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to provide caffeine free alternatives at the moment. We will be focusing on tasting five varieties of loose-leaf traditional teas from Nepal.All traditional teas contain some amount of caffeine, however, the caffeine in these teas don’t have as much of a strong effect on your system as the caffeine in coffee or in energy drinks. Tea’s caffeine is slow-release and is balanced out by the abundance of other bio-actives present in our premium, loose-leaf teas.

Yes! The additional cost is approximately $35 (USD) per box, however, it varies by country. Lead time is usually longer than usual, approximately 21 days.
Duties and taxes are prepaid and included in the costs, so the recipient will not have to pay any additional fees.

As long as there is enough time to ship additional kits before the session (no less than 7 days before the scheduled session), we can add additional participants.

If we haven't sent a shipment to them already, we'll do our best to accommodate any changes. If we have shipped it, we're unable to recall shipments and reduce the list of participants.

Snacks are not included in our tea tasting set. Food items require different food protection and handling, and also including food items with teas and tea wares can affect authentic the taste and experience of the teas. Any lingering flavor and scents with our tea wares can affect the fragrance and flavor of the brew, so we are careful not to include any scented or flavored products while shipping our teas and tea wares.

You will need a kettle for your team and access to room temperature water (preferably mineral or spring water to fully enjoy the authentic taste of the teas). You will need to be able to boil water in the tasting room to prepare teas during the session.Other than that, the tasting kit will include everything you need!

The tea tasting session will be recorded only with your team’s consent.

Absolutely! We have access to USPS, FedEx and UPS services and can provide a quote depending on the total number and addresses the boxes are going to.
