In this recipe blog, we’re sharing a homemade chai latte. This recipe is perfect for those cold winter mornings when you need something warm and comforting to start your day. 

Ingredients for the perfect Sherpa Chai Latte

To make this latte, you'll need the following ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of milk
  2. 2 tablespoons of Sherpa chai concentrate
  3. 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  4. 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
  5. 1/8 teaspoon of ground cardamom
  6. 1/8 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  7. 1/2 cup of boiling water
  8. Honey or sugar, to taste

Instructions to make Sherpa Chai Latte

To make this latte, start by heating the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. As the milk begins to warm, add the chai concentrate, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and nutmeg. Stir the mixture well to combine, and allow it to simmer for a few minutes. Next, add the boiling water and stir again. If desired, sweeten with honey or sugar to taste. Serve the latte in a mug and enjoy!
