Shangri-La Oolong Punch Recipe

This is a quick, easy, and delicious recipe to throw together for your next gathering. It makes about 20 servings, so serve it up at your next dinner party and we promise your guests will love it! 


Ingredients:

  • 1 750 ml bottle dark rum
  • 1 750 ml bottle of dry red wine
  • 3 - 4 cups of brewed Shangri-La Oolong tea
  • Sweetener of choice, if desired (although our tea is best served without sugar!)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups of your favorite assorted seasonal fruits to garnish
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring until all sugar dissolves. Pour the heated punch into a large heat-proof punch bowl. Let the mixture cool by moving it into the fridge until you are ready to serve (or throw in some ice cubes if you are low on time.) Before serving, garnish with a few pieces of sliced fruit and/or a rosemary sprig!
