The tea was good, no samples as promised

This is the second time out of the four past orders I've placed that I haven't received the free samples advertised on the top banner. It's disappointing and awkward having to ask for something the seller promises. All four of my orders were for a different tea. I depend on sampling to ascertain what to order next. Respectfully don't promise to the customer if you can't deliver.
