Our Himalayan Earl Grey begins in the misty highlands of Kanchanjangha, Nepal, where organic black tea is cultivated at elevations that gift it unparalleled depth and character. It then travels to Calabria, Italy, where sun-ripened bergamot oranges are pressed to extract their precious, aromatic oil. The result is a tea that honors two ancient traditions in every sip.
For a stronger brew, add an extra half teaspoon. The bergamot oils bloom beautifully at this temperature.
Refrigerate overnight for a smooth, naturally sweet infusion. Perfect over ice on warm days.
