I have thoroughly enjoyed the Silver tips Yeti tea from Nepal tea. What an excellent tea! I feel like having it regularly. And the price is reasonable. I give it only four stars because there has to be a unique rating for “Beyond the Beyond”. Finally, I felt such really good vibes from your company. Once again, excellent!
The White Prakash tea is one of my favorites. Smells and tastes amazing, with many nuances. You'd be hard-pressed to find another tea like it - it is distinct from other white teas, which a softer, sweeter, more delicate taste. I was lucky to stock up during the recent holiday sale.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my shipping experience via UPS Mail Innovations, which resulted in a long delay in receiving my tea. However, Rishi from Nepal Tea Collective immediately reached out to me to apologize, and we had an honest discussion about the drawbacks of that shipping method, which I hope will be avoided in the future.
In a time where most companies are rushing to use chatbots and AI, I really appreciate genuine, human customer service that focuses on accountability and customer satisfaction. It is a also pleasure to support a company that cares about its customers, cares about its farmers, and cares about quality product. As both things become more scarce, it is important to support companies that prioritize people over profits.
I will always keep this tea in stock and look forward to trying the oolongs in my next order. Highly recommended!

The Wall tea infuser mug is my favorite way to drink my tea. I got my first one hear and after many many uses it broke so I wasn’t sure I was going to get another one, but after trying many other infusers, I came here for another one and since it arrived I’ve been super grateful that I did.
The website as well as the products offered just keep getting better. I so appreciate this company, and am slowly switching to only drinking these teas which are so good I don’t crave extra sweeteners or other flavors — just the pure wonderful tea!

Not as dry/toasty as a white peony (Bai Mu Dan) typically tastes. Really flavorful too with its pure tea taste. I will enjoy it on its own as well as in home blends. The Everest of white teas! :) The only negative is my impatience in waiting for an order to arrive. :)

I discovered this tea at some expo and LOVED it. I bought more and was looking forward to this new restock now that it's cold. I was excited when I received the shipment only to find a sort of burnt smell that overpowered the delicate notes. Apparently, some people like this stronger flavor, but it seemed nothing like the prior boxes of decaf delicate chai I had ordered. After an initial mix-up because their response to my emails going to my junk mail, (I had missed that somehow,) I can only offer a glowing review. It's nice they are committed to customer service. I received a phone call which helped clear things up. They care about their product and will hopefully repackage the smokey/stronger flavored one under a different name. It's more robust and if some like it, that's awesome. I look forward to the flavor I love and am committed to when it's back in stock.
