For years, I've been obsessed with a prohibitively expensive high mountain tea by a venerable French tea company, not available this year. This tea is every bit as good, if not better—soft and subtle, all the tea tasters 'notes of honey, caramel, etc, great mouth feel, and finish. It's wonderful tea and won't break the bank. I am going to try other teas from the Collective!
Great, high-quality tea from Nepal. Refreshing, fresh harvest tea.
Have received nothing but glowing feedback from my great-granddaughter who has work and travel experience in Nepal. She says it makes her nostalgic!

When you pull up a previous order, it is not possible to click on a link that takes you to that item. Teavivre has this same problem. I think people who purchase tea will often purchase the same tea again, or want to review it on a website like Reddit. Having to go find the link to a tea that was previously purchased should be dead-simple.
I love this tea and I love this company. They accidentally oversold the stock so they had to ship my pound of tea late, but they included a handwritten note and hooked it up with samples of other extremely nice teas. Everyone makes mistakes but not everyone makes up for it like that. Great company with a great mission and kind people, promoting sustainable agriculture in a world that desperately needs it.
I am enjoying the new addition of turmeric to my daily green tea. This blend is more granular then other turmeric teas and improves with age and repeated extractions. I add a little freshly ground black pepper to help release the benefits of turmeric. It makes an interesting and delicious cold process tea for sipping.
I've tried a lot of teas in the past few months, as I'm just getting seriously into tea, right in time for all the December holiday sales. This one stands out for value, after having a LOT of chinese red teas, a good amount of pu-erhs, various darjeelings and also some oolongs and some greens.
Some of those other teas are definitely higher quality than this one, but dollar for dollar, I think this one is near the top, my go-to tea when I don't want to think too hard about tea and just want to enjoy it. A lot of cheaper tea went into my discard pile, but this one did not.
Every tea I've tried has been wonderful - full of flavor and never astringent or bitter. The customer service is top notch and I appreciate the mission of the company. The Kanchanjangha Noir Premium Black Tea is so delicious!
I bought a lot of tea from various vendors between October and December 2024. One of the first reorders I will do when I have drunk down this tea is reorder from you
I was hoping for a more durable product. Understanding it was glass, I was still quite disappointed when the mug shattered after my first cup of tea. My fault for presuming the cup would be as sturdy as a typical mug, I guess. Expensive cup of tea nonetheless.
My Ganesha Organic Green Loose Leaves Tea, arrived in a decorative durable container box. The box opens like a drawer, inside the drawer is a multi-layered waterproof bag containing my tea leaves with a small information pamphlet. Additionally enclosed with the shipment were two large packets of Nepali Breakfast Organic Chai Tea which contain hints of warm spices, cinnamon, and gingerbread. All teas have steeping instructions printed right on the packaging you know the amount of tea in grams, water in fluid ounces, the Fahrenheit water temperature, and minutes needed for proper steeping. A bonus is the $10 gift card. Green tea was suggested to my Hubby by his doctor, I find that the Nepali organic green tea tastes great, and Hubby particularly likes the taste (even though he has always been a coffee person. We drink the tea twice a day. Hubby also likes that it gives him clear focus. I have yet to try the Organic Chai however it smells wonderful. Thank you Nepal Tea Collective, I'm glad I found you. May peace and humanity soon be the rule of law over all lands.
The Wall allows you to steep your tea without constricting the leaves and without the need to strain before drinking. Easy to brew and drink and provides full flavor.
Love the tea and the information about where it was grown and the people involved
I love trying different teas each month and I love the fact that they follow up to make sure you enjoyed them. Everyone should try their wonderful teas!!
I have thoroughly enjoyed the Silver tips Yeti tea from Nepal tea. What an excellent tea! I feel like having it regularly. And the price is reasonable. I give it only four stars because there has to be a unique rating for “Beyond the Beyond”. Finally, I felt such really good vibes from your company. Once again, excellent!
The White Prakash tea is one of my favorites. Smells and tastes amazing, with many nuances. You'd be hard-pressed to find another tea like it - it is distinct from other white teas, which a softer, sweeter, more delicate taste. I was lucky to stock up during the recent holiday sale.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my shipping experience via UPS Mail Innovations, which resulted in a long delay in receiving my tea. However, Rishi from Nepal Tea Collective immediately reached out to me to apologize, and we had an honest discussion about the drawbacks of that shipping method, which I hope will be avoided in the future.
In a time where most companies are rushing to use chatbots and AI, I really appreciate genuine, human customer service that focuses on accountability and customer satisfaction. It is a also pleasure to support a company that cares about its customers, cares about its farmers, and cares about quality product. As both things become more scarce, it is important to support companies that prioritize people over profits.
I will always keep this tea in stock and look forward to trying the oolongs in my next order. Highly recommended!
